Kozmoz is a marketplace, connecting qualified tradesmen from a wide range of professions with homeowners. We facilitate homeowners' access to professional tradesmen in an easier and more secure way than ever before.

Additionally, we are simplifying the way small and medium sized contractors keep track of their projects, work logs and electronic invoicing upon project closure.

Kozmoz has been launched for tradesmen. Homeowners can join Kozmoz in early 2025.

Seamless onboarding

To enable seamless on-boarding for tradesmen we perform automated lookups in external data sources to retrieve your associated business entity details and certifications. Following a successful authentication, you will be given the option to enrol in Kozmoz as a professional tradesmen.

  • As an individual with certification in your profession (carpenter, electrician, etc.)
  • Via the businesses you are associated with (e.g. managing director)
Once on-boarded, you are good to go and can start exploring project proposals from consumers in your area.

Project planning

Keep track of your projects by adding cost and attaching files/images and report real time status to your customers. Blueprints are retrieved automatically from municipalities (subject to availability) and electronic invoices can be issued to your customers via your accounting system with one tick in a box.

Time tracking and messaging

Hours worked can be tracked using two methods:

  • Hours are tracked seamlessly to projects when your phone's location matches a project site with the use of GPS
  • Manual entries can be added by opening a list of active projects and swiping left/right (start/stop)
All registrations can be reviewed and modified.

In order to support and encourage communication and a good relationship with your customers, Kozmoz offers a built-in messaging system.
